     The filling machine is a kind of professional filling machine for juice and apply to PET bottle. It can be used for producing pure water and mineral water. It is multifunctional which can be used for washing, filling and capping. The whole process is automatic. the machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main compenets are processed  precisely by CNC machine tool. It adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect running status. No bottle no filling, excllent automaticity. Because of applying touch screen for operation, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation and the status of device running is clear at a glance

1. Bottle is entered by air conveyor. The speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hang clamping bottleneck fashion.

2. Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching bottle mouth. Clamping bottleneck fashion in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to adjust the board related with bottle diameter.

3. Filling uses the structure of cylinder feeding and adopts advanced valve which is high filling speed and mass flow rate. High presicion of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate without loss.

4. Screw capper adopts Franch advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle. Cap sorter selects low position to install, carrying cap horizontally .

5. The PLC and tranducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MTSUBISHI and so on.
