The machine is a kind of professional filling machine for juice beverage or tea beverage. It is also used for filling mineral water, pure water and other no-gassy beverage. It is applied to PET bottle and multifunctional which can be used for washing, filling and capping. The whole process is automatic. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool. The machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect running status. No bottle no filling , excellent automaticity.  Because of applying touch screen for operation, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation whereas the status of device running is clear at a glance.

Main performance of equipment:

1. Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck fashion

2. Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck fashion in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to adjust the board related with bottle diameter.

 3. Valve up-and-down technology is applied in filling. The valve adopts advanced mico-pressure filling principle and control of liquids level is accurate without loss.

4. Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle. Cap sorter select low position to install, carrying cap horizontally.

5. The PLC and tranducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
