 The beverage machine is a kind of professional filling machine for juice wirh fruit dice inside. It is applied to PET bottle and multifunctional which can be used for washing, fruit dice filling, juice filling and capping. The whole process is automatic. Using measuring cap to measure in grain filling which ensure grain is even in every bottle. The machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool. The machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect running status. No bottle no filling , excellent automaticity.  Because of applying touch screen for operation, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation whereas the status of device running is clear at a glance.

Main features of the equipments

1.Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isnt changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck fashion

2.Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck fashion in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to adjust the board related with bottle diameter.

3.Using measuring cup to measure in filling juice sacs which ensure that juice sacs is even.

4.Screw capper adopts French advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle. Cap sorter select low position to install, carrying cap horizontally

5.The PLC and tranducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on
