The machine is a kind of professional filling machine of mineral water, pure water and other no-gassy beverage which apply to PET bottle. It is multifunctional which can be used for washing, filling and capping. The whole process is automatic. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. Main components are processed precisely by CNC machine tool. The machine adopts advanced photoelectric to detect running status. No bottle no filling , excellent automaticity.  Because of applying touch screen for operation, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation whereas the status of device running is clear at a glance

Main performance of equipment

1. Bottles are entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck fashion.

2. Adopting clamping bottleneck fashion to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth. When bottle type changes, you need to adjust the board related with bottle diameter

3. Filling use the structure of cylinder feeding, adopting advanced valve which is high filling speed and mass flow rate, high precision of filling valve and control of liquids level is accurate and without loss.

4. Screw capper adopts Franch advanced technology which can screw cap promptly when clamping bottle. Cap sorter select low position to install, carrying cap horizontally..

5. The PLC and tranducer are chosen from international famous brand, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI and so on.
